Self-evaluation & Documentation of Projects

Please take your time answering the following questions. Be as thorough and specific as possible. All answers must provide evidence to support your opinion.

Please type, spell check and print your answers. Be sure to include your name on the top of the document. Do not write more than one page in response to a question.

1. Which project do you feel was the most successful? And, why. (Be as specific as possible.)

2. Which project do you feel was the least successful? And, why. (Be as specific as possible.)

3. How well do you feel you managed your time on projects? And, why.

4. Evaluate your performance in this class. Outside of assigned projects, what areas do you feel you were most successful in and what areas do you feel you were least successful in? And, why? (Be as specific as possible.)


Documentation of Projects

You are required to turn in a copy of all semester projects on CD or data DVD. This disc must be labeled with your name, course number, semester and year AND contained in a sleeve or jewel case. If you are submitting projects with revisions made after they were graded, please note this on the disc. Discs that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
